- Workorder received from Facility / Strata Manager
- Site Manager, Tenant or Resident contacted to arrange suitable time for TVSAT to attend
- Facility / Strata Manager notified of appointment
- Repairs completed up to agreed value, or quotation provided if greater works required
- Invoice or quotation sent to Facility / Strata Manager after attendance
